Club Brugge match worn shirt Champions Cup Final 1978 Jan Sörensen













Amazing Club Brugge match worn short sleeved Puma shirt, worn by the Danish midfielder and former Danish international Jan Sörensen.
This shirt was worn in the Champions Cup Final on the 10th of May 1978 when Bruges met Liverpool FC at Wembley Stadium with an attendance of 92000 fans.
25000 Bruges fans were there to support their team, unfortunatly Bruges lost 1-0 with a goal scored by Dalglish, but history was written..
Untill today Bruges is the one and only Belgian team who made it to a Champions Cup final.

Jan Sörensen played the whole game for Bruges and swapped his shirt with Liverpool legend Phil Neal who auctioned this shirt at Cristie's Auctioneers in Londen in 2000, the seller those days auctioned it on the 7th of May 2008 at Graham Budd Auction House in London.
Sörensen played 185 games for bruges from '77 - '83 and scored 63 goals.
